The blossoming of spring
After conceiving and directing Waves, all that Glows Sees, Véronique Côté has created a new show, Les choses berçantes, for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Consoled and comforted, Annou sees her immense sorrow linger throughout the winter and then subside and blossom into spring.
This 28th creation of the Théâtre des Confettis, which has been very well received, was launched as part of Petits Bonheurs on May 6, 7 and 13. It was first performed at the Centre d’Art Diane-Dufresne in Repentigny and then at the Maison de la culture Maisonneuve in Montréal.
Les choses berçantes will be presented at Les Gros Becs in Québec City from November 2 to 6, 2016.

A wind of change
Evoking various themes, such as immigration, the search for identity and the power of words, the show Conte de la neige by Philippe Soldevila wound up its 2015-2016 tour at the Agora des Arts de Rouyn-Noranda.
November 2016 will mark a new beginning for this production, with the participation of two new actors: Sasha Samar and Harou Davtyan. The Théâtre des Confettis would like to entend a heartfelt thank you to Christian Essiambre and Hugues Frenette for their brilliant and sensitive performance of the play.
